DESCRIPTION
Tula is a bright and cheerful bandana slide featuring lots of dainty cut-outs. Designed by our own Beth Snyder and made of durable brass, Tula holds your bandana neatly in place while adding just the right blend of whimsy and elegance.

A word about brass: When your item arrives, it will be packaged in a poly bag which keeps the shiny finish intact. You can either keep this shiny effect by polishing regularly with an inexpensive polishing cloth, or you can allow the brass to patina naturally. As soon as you take the pieces out of the plastic, they will begin the patina process, which we happen to love!
Brass jewelry care: Polishing brass jewelry restores its luster and enhances its beauty, making it look as good as new. Begin by cleaning the jewelry with mild soap and warm water to remove any surface dirt or oils, and then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. For polishing, create a paste using equal parts of lemon juice and baking soda or use a commercial brass cleaner. Apply the paste to the jewelry using a soft cloth, gently rubbing in circular motions to avoid scratches. Focus on intricate details and hard-to-reach areas using a soft-bristled toothbrush. Once the tarnish is removed, rinse the jewelry with warm water and dry it completely. Finish by buffing the jewelry with a clean, dry cloth to bring out its shine. Regular maintenance, including gentle cleaning and proper storage, will keep brass jewelry looking vibrant and prevent future tarnish.
